A 32-bit Pg will run fine on 64-bit windows.
That said, a native PostgreSQL 9.0 x64 build is available, and I'd
consider using that on a new Win2k8 install instead.o
As Kevin said, this isn't a bug. Please follow the guidelines on the bug
report form and use the mailing list instead.
