Hi Everybody,
We recently installed PostgerSQL 9.2.2 on a windows 2008 R2 (64bit) machine, the libintl.h file is not present in the include folder.
Reinstallation does not fix the problem.
Any one dealt with this successfully?

- Should have a libintl.h file listed, but does not
C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.1\include
- Libintl.h is present
C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.0\include
- Libintl.h is present
