Well, the file was 1.3M lines long, including an entire dump from over a year ago. I did not examine the entire file.
WhatI saw looked reasonably well-formed. I suspect the size of the file is the actual culprit. It was a bit disturbing
tosee "ALTER ROLE xxxx WITH PASSWORD 'yyyyyy';" in clear-text. However, I suppose that can't be avoided.
