I'll make it ready for. (not a huge task).

Hi Cedric,

    Can you please post the progress on this, if any.

    I am planning on polishing up pg_prewarm based on the reviews. As others have said, I don't see a reason why both can't coexist, maybe in pgxn. I am all ears if you think otherwise.
