Actually, calling bt_index_check() + heapallindexed acquires only an
AccessShareLock on both the table and the index.

Again, it sounds like you're talking about bt_index_parent_check()
(with or without heapallindexed). That does acquire a ShareLock, which
will just throw an error on a standby.
