I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling. I have also tried uninstalling, delete the pgadmin folder in C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming.
This isn't a mailing list for pgAdmin questions specifically, but did you try doing any of the things the error message advised you to try to resolve the version conflict?
