wxDateTime::FormatDate borked?

Can anyone confirm if this is the case, or if it is my machine? With my
date format set to dd/mm/yyyy in regional settings (on XP Pro),
FormatDate has been returning 09/02/2004 for me today. FormatISODate
gives the output expected, so it's not an input error.
