Hello -

I am running pgadmin on Windows, connecting to a Linux database.  Is there a
windows version of the pg_dump utility, or some similar way that FROM THE
WINDOWS SYSTEM I can backup/restore the tables on the other system?

The best way to do this would be to install Cygwin PostgreSQL and use
the pg_dump etc from there, specifying the host/port on the command
line.
