I'm a new programmer in PostGreSQL, and I just have Windows environment, that is my problem, I tried to search and looking any website can help me download PostgreSQL Windows Installer version, but untill now, I still not get it.
Can you show for me any Website have free download PostgreSQL Windows Installer version?
I really need it for my job.,

Download Cygwin from www.cygwin.com and include PostgreSQL in your package selection. You will also need to get Cygipc though I don't have a URL to hand.
The mailing list for Cygwin/PostgreSQL is psql-cygwin@postgresql.org.
