Yes, pretty much everything that is supported by PostgreSQL is supported by pgAdmin.

Regards, Dave.

I think I have a problem with the security tab. I cannot change any security setting. I cannot create any schema. I
cannotchange/edit any table, column etc. And the security tab for public schema says PUBLIC group has only "create,
usage"rights; but all the fields are disabled. I cannot add change a group or privilidge here. I'm stuck. What can I
do?And sorry if I miss smt easy.

The public schema is just a dummy on PostgreSQL 7.2, hence you can't modify it.

When you say you cannot change or edit a table, why not? What happens?

Regards, Dave.

I create a DB. I cannot create a new schema (it is disabled). So I use public schema of that DB. I can create new
tablesand columns inside the public schema of my DB. But I cannot edit them. The properties tab allows me to edit only
thename and comment for the columns for example, the other options are all disabled (gray shaded).

Regards,

Cagil.

Yes, that is because PostgreSQL doesn't allow you to change these options. PostgreSQL 7.3 (released last Wednesday)
willallow you use of Schemas, and you can also edit column defaults and null/not null. You can also now drop columns
whichyou couldn't do in 7.2.x.

Regards, Dave.
