Hi,

Just a minor spelling mistake; the word is license, not licence.
I found the wrong spelling six times on the main & license page.

On another note: the freshmeat page suggests that pgAdmin hasn't
been touched since 2007.

Cheers,
Andrej

In English it's spelt 'licence'. I know that Americans mis-spell it
with an 's' but as I'm English, I'll stick with the proper spelling
thank you very much :-)

I think Troels used to look after that.

I was? There are so many of these product listing sites that pgAdmin
seems to have been added to that I try to avoid any involvement with
them. Must have been a moment of weakness and the fact that it's
Freshmeat which is slightly more respected than most of the rest!

Hmm, seems to respond to an old password. I'll have a poke around - thanks.

I did. But on January 25, 2006, you (Dave) was actually put in the list
of administrators for the project registration at Freshmeat. Maybe that
list should be extended a bit, and I should be deleted (unfortunately, I
don't have a chance to use PostgreSQL much these days).

Dave: You should be able to log in on Freshmeat as "dpage", find the
pgadmin project, and use "Manage roles" to add more administrators.

Just to be *really* pedantic - to my knowledge (and I'm open to
correction on this), "licence" is the noun, while "license" is the verb,
just as with "practice" and "practise".

Clicked "send" too early - meant add this also:

What a bloody waste of time this is...!
Instead of all this pedantry the keystrokes used to do it would really
much more be well spend on praising Dave's *fine* work, don't you think?
Better yet: contributing to Dave's work.

Just my 2c.

Yes.

Thanks - but I like the occasional light-hearted thread around here as
it lightens the mood and helps us bond a little as a team. As long as
the chatter doesn't become too much...

FYI, both Milen and Ray have contributed a lot over the years.

I think we always appreciate the fine work that Dave and the whole team
put into this great tool, and I think Dave knows that.

Speaking for myself, the smiley up-thread was meant to indicate that I
didn't intend my comments to be taken too seriously... It's a *gorgeous*
day here in Galway, and I want to be out in the sun rather than
working... :-)

Ray.
