comparer.It could be used to compare objects definitions in developer enviroment and production enviroment. Right now I
needto manually extract definitions to separete sql files (or use pg_dump) and then comapre files with external tool.

IIRC, a GSoC worked on this, but we didn't have the time to do the
remaining work to integrate it.
