After executing INSERT command, new OID, value: 2490917958, has been
assigned to the new row, but pgAdmin reported:

Query returned successfully: one row with OID -1804049338 inserted, 22
ms execution time.

Looks like signed/unsigned bug

Is this on Windows by any chance? I encountered something similar recently,
which is already patched but not yet released.
