Description:
Using the latest jdbc driver postgresql-9.2-1003.jdbc4.jar version
PostgreSQL 9.2 JDBC4 (build 1003)
The call DatabaseMetaData.getCatalogTerm returns "database" rather than
null or empty string since catalogs are not supported.
