I'm seeing this in psql.

I think this is bad. What could cause this? It is a join between three
largish tables. I get loads of these.

Backend sent B message without prior T
Backend sent B message without prior T
Backend sent D message without prior T
Backend sent B message without prior T
Backend sent D message without prior T
