Seems like an oversight. None of these operators have commutators,
but it seems like they all should:
<->(point,line)<->(point,lseg)<->(point,box)<->(lseg,line)<->(lseg,box)<->(point,path)<->(circle,polygon)<->(line,box)
Dunno about the index-support angle.
