Обсуждение: like pgaccess but not in tcl/tk?
Does anyone have an interface program similar to pgaccess but not in tcl/tk? Besides not being my favorite language, I'm not terribly familiar with it, and what I'm building for a customer needs enhancements. Mostly what I need is the ability to create a form, and to execute pre-written sql queries. If anyone wants to help me with pgaccess, then please tell me how to set the tab order, how to bind a button to a key, and how to run some code upon pressing enter in an entry box, so that my users can touch-type. They're used to PC-File, which doesn't need the mouse. -- -russ nelson <nelson@crynwr.com> http://russnelson.com Crynwr sells support for free software | PGPok | Government schools are so 521 Pleasant Valley Rd. | +1 315 268 1925 voice | bad that any rank amateur Potsdam, NY 13676-3213 | +1 315 268 9201 FAX | can outdo them. Yes, PgAccess might be a solution but not very "professional". Forms are (yet) just at the beginning. Go to http://www.neuron.com/stewart/vtcl/index.html and get vTcl 1.2 Play a while and I'll send you a sample program that will show you how to deal with PostgreSQL, listboxes, entries. It's extremely simple and Tcl/Tk is powerful and simple to use (see PgAccess). Let's talk in private about it (teo@flex.ro) -- Constantin Teodorescu FLEX Consulting Braila, ROMANIA
