Обсуждение: Trouble getting large objects

I installed PostgreSQL 6.5.1 on SuSE Linux 6.2 and I am trying to get 
a Large Object using the JDBC driver extensions for
large objects, but I always get an exception indicating that the file
descriptor is 0. Why is this?
