not sure whether this is the correct list for am subject I would
like to ask you the following:

Has anybody ever implemented a PostgreSQL-db, replicated
identically on two servers granting each other hot stand by
if either of them fails?

Can somebody provide a link to a webpage regarding this subject?

Hey,

Not sure if this is what you're after.. have you checked out RServ? (Don't
know the URL for it, can only find it on http://www.pgsql.com/download/ ).
Have no idea about hotswapping or anything... This might get you started
anyway.
