You need to have the PostgreSQL headers installed on your system to
compile psqlodbc now.

The compile of postgresql (and then the psqlodbc...) fail
because i have NOT the SHFOLDER.LIB (only the .DLL).

I use Visual Studio 6 [latest service pack]
