Attached is postgres-tr.po about 65% finished.
We hope to translate 100% precent on weekend or the
end of next week. Also fixed "number of format specifiers in
msgid and msgstr does not match" error reported on
Peter's page.

postgres-tr.po:1:2: parse error
msgfmt: found 1 fatal error

Please correct that.
