I've just checked the powa_94-ui package on CentOS 7 and realized that it
has a dependency on perl-Mojolicious:
Error: Package: powa_94-ui-1.2-1.rhel7.x86_64 (pgdg94)
Requires: perl(Mojolicious::Commands)

Requires: perl(Mojo::Base)

However, i couldn't find a repository providing this package, any ideas
where to get that from?

Nope, that was the biggest issue with PoWA 1.2. You should better try PoWA 2. I installed it on a CentOS 7 in a couple of minutes.
