Iam a LINUX user on which Iam running Safe's Regulus Billing Software which
supports the POSTGRESQL. It contains the database name as regdb.Now my
problem is to connect to the regdb.
Next is how to create a another database.
The directory on which pg_sql is running is
/var/lib/.
So pl. kindly give reply to this.
