pgsql-hackers subscription not working

You're certainly subscribed to the list.  The problem might not be the
list itself, but the antispam machinery that's filtering before it.  I
don't think we have any control over that.

Right.  The thread index view shows two messages from you in that
thread:

Thesecond message I composed by downloading the MBOX archive of the day, importing it to my mailer and then replying to

No.  It means you should already be receiving the messages.  If you're
not, I think you should complain to your email provider.

Oh, I see.  You were in CC in the Robert's message that you replied to,
so you should have gotten TWO copies of it -- even if you were not
subscribed to the list, the direct copy to you should have been
delivered.  So that probably suggest some serious problem at your end.
