pgadmin is not a product of the PostgreSQL Database Core Project. I believe it has its own mailing list and bug reporting mechanisms. https://www.pgadmin.org/

Essentially, the developers need to know how to recreate the problem, in order to characterise the problem and to check that any proposed fix works.
