unable to start pg agent 12 service on windows 10

Hi,

I am not able to start the pgagent-pg12 windows service after
installation on windows 10, 64bit OS. After installation via installer
downloaded from postgres 12 stackbuilder. PFA the error screen-shot,
when tried to start manually from list of windows services.

pgAgent installer was unable to start the service itself? If that is the case please attach the installation log file here can be found inside ${system_temp_dir}/install-pgagent.log

Hi,

After installation I could see the pgAgent windows service, in
services.msc window. But the automatic service is stopped and on
manual startup throws errors already shared. I cannot find the
mentioned log file in your mail. I have searched my entire disc space.
