Are you referring to Database certification? Only certification RDS has a database implementation Specialist. That should suffice to show to the management.

Hi all,

Any idea how to get aws RDS official certification or any postgres related certification that's worthy to show to my organization 

This AWS certification covers more than just RDS.

Please note: This certification will be retired on April 30, 2024. The
last day to take this exam is April 29, 2024.

That's just the cost of the exam. I highly recommend the below Udemy course for the exam and to review the AWS FAQs. Plus, it also helps to have done/prepared for the "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate" exam.

The AWS Certified Database specialist certification (DBS-C01) is going away. I was notified I will not be able to renew mine after it expires in 2 years. 

Email from AWS:

"As a valued AWS Certified Database – Specialty certification holder, we wanted you to know that this certification will be retiring on April 30, 2024"
